Breathe in the breath of gratitude. Exhale what no longer serves you.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

In addition to being grateful for your friends, family, children, loved ones, your health, the roof over your head, spending this special day with your family, friends, co-workers, or by yourself etc, it’s time to be grateful to your body’s wisdom of letting you know when you neglect it, and letting you know when you care for it. Your body will thank you when you care for it.

To have a better relationship with your body, and to have more of body awareness, you can thank each body part. For example, you can thank your eyes to see, your ears to hear, your arms to hug, your hands to touch, your legs for taking you places, etc. Start from the head to toe.
